This AI Policy explains how the Jyotica mobile application (the "App"), provided by Windermere Labs ("we", "us", "our"), uses artificial intelligence, and what you should know before relying on AI-generated content. It supplements our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. AI-Generated Content
Many responses in the App — including content, explanations, predictions, and chat replies — are generated by artificial intelligence (AI) / large language models, sometimes combined with an astrological rule engine. They are produced automatically and are not the views of a human astrologer or professional.
2. AI Can Make Mistakes
- AI can "hallucinate" — produce content that is incorrect, fabricated, misleading, biased, incomplete, or outdated, while sounding confident.
- AI outputs are not verified for accuracy and should not be treated as factual.
- The same question may produce different answers at different times.
Always verify important information independently before acting on it.
3. Not a Substitute for Professional Advice
AI content in the App does not constitute and must not replace professional advice. For decisions involving health, medical, mental-health, legal, financial, career, relationship, or safety matters, consult a qualified professional. Astrological content is not scientific.
4. Entertainment & Information Only
The App and its AI features are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. You should treat outputs as for fun and general interest, not as guidance, certainty, or a prediction of actual events.
5. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for how you use AI outputs and for verifying anything important.
- Do not submit confidential, sensitive, financial, medical, or illegal information to the AI.
- Do not use the AI features to generate illegal, harmful, harassing, infringing, fraudulent, or abusive content, or to attempt to bypass safety measures (see the Prohibited Uses section of the Terms & Conditions).
6. How Your Data Is Used by AI Features
- Your prompts, chats, and relevant profile/birth details may be sent to third-party AI providers (e.g. OpenAI) to generate responses. Their terms and privacy policies apply, and processing may occur in other countries.
- Chats may be stored, processed automatically, and reviewed by humans for debugging, security, and abuse prevention.
- We use chats only to operate, debug, and improve the Service. We do not use your chats or personal data to train AI models.

7. No Warranty / Limitation of Liability
AI features are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of, or reliance on, AI-generated content. See the Limitation of Liability section of the Terms & Conditions.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AI Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
